We are putting together a multi church series of events for the Easter season ... each church will host one of the events and all the other churches will be invited to attend.

 

Ash Wednesday, February 14th at 6pm. Led by Pastor Scott Johnson at Northside Community UMC, 1075 N Fruitridge Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47804

 

Lenten Family Breakfast, Saturday, February 17th at 9am. This single date of food and fellowship will be hosted by the people of Emmanuel UMC, 6076 US-150, West Terre Haute, IN 47885; Pastor Ron Branson will lead a time of reflection – we’re going to need a way to RSVP so that the folks at Emmanuel can plan for food, and I’d suggest there be an opportunity for a Freewill offering to help cover the costs.

 

Lenten Bible Study beginning Thursday, February 22nd at 5pm. Led by Union Hospital Chaplain Rev. Deb Moore-Hardin, this 5-week study will be held on successive Thursdays using Susan Robb's book titled Remember: God's Covenants and the Cross. 

 

Maundy Thursday, March 28th at 6pm. Led by Pastor Tim Voll at Seelyville UMC, 2351 2nd St, Seelyville, IN 47878

 

Good Friday, March 29th at 6pm. This event will be led by multiple individuals and hosted by Memorial UMC, 2701 Poplar Street, Terre Haute, IN 47803

 

Easter Sunrise Service, March 31st at time TBD. This event will be led by Pastor Rick Swan and hosted by Methodist Temple UMC, 5301 S US Hwy 41, Terre Haute, IN 47802
